Can you edit and enable debugging in both drivers/pci/setup-res.c and drivers/pci/pci.c (see the DEBUG_CONFIG thing at the top of setup-res.c and DEBUG at the top of pci.c).
Oh, maybe drivers/pci/setup-irq.c too, just in case..
