Subject[PATCH v2] Bluetooth: Use kzalloc instead of kmalloc/memset

This commit replace kmalloc + memset to kzalloc
for better code readability and simplicity.

Following messages are related cocci warnings.

WARNING: kzalloc should be used for d, instead of kmalloc/memset
