Kerneldoc expects attributes/parameters to be in '@*.: ' format.

Fixes the following W=1 kernel build warning(s):

drivers/scsi/aic94xx/aic94xx_dev.c:246: warning: Function parameter or member 'dev' not described in 'asd_init_sata_pm_port_ddb'
