Subject[PATCH] pinctrl/qcom: Fix -Wimplicit-fallthrough

In pinctrl-spmi-gpio.c there is a switch case which is obviously
intended to fall through to the next label. Add a comment to suppress
-Wimplicit-fallthrough warning.
