Hi Peter and Ingo,
Here is a small series of cleanups I came up with while looking at issues raised by Dan Carpenter and Ingo. They are mostly trivial, except for 2/5, which fixes an issue with multientry ToPA PT implementations that causes bigger data loss than it actually has to be.
These are against tip/perf/urgent.
