Mark function as static in bfa/bfa_core.c because it is not used outside this file.
This eliminates the following warning in bfa/bfa_core.c: drivers/scsi/bfa/bfa_core.c:716:1: warning: no previous prototype for ‘bfa_isr_rspq’ [-Wmissing-prototypes]
