Short note: I couldn't see the 2nd patch applied in any mfd tree, so I included it again.
Changes in v3: * fixed some coding style problems; * do not use dln2->buf for small commands, use the stack; * removed a bunch of __packed attributes that were not really needed; * change the copy from/to buffer routines to use put/get_unaligned macros to avoid potential buffer alignment issues;
Changes in v2: * fixed an indentation issue; * removed redundant call to spi_master_put() in _remove();

This patchset adds support for the SPI module of the Diolan DLN2 USB to I2C/SPI/GPIO bridge [1].
This patch depends on another patchset, [1], not yet merged, which adds support for the other two modules: I2C and GPIO.
