introduced a compiler warning:
drivers/dma/sh/shdmac.c: In function 'sh_dmae_probe': drivers/dma/sh/shdmac.c:697: warning: assignment discards qualifiers from pointer target type
This patch re-adds the dropped "const" qualifier and fixes the warning.
