Subject[PATCH] [TRIVIAL] Fix warning typo "CONFIG_RELCOATABLE"

Fix typo "CONFIG_RELCOATABLE" in a warning message. While we're at it,
also make that warning an actual sentence and fix comparable typos in
some comments.
