Hi, there
In kernel 2.6.22.3/2.6.23-rc3, SATA HDD reset with using ondemand governor. (no error in performance governor)
>ata2: exception Emask 0x10 SAct 0x0 SErr 0x90200 action 0x6 frozen >ata2: irq_stat 0x00400000, PHY RDY changed >ata2: hard resetting port >ata2: SATA link up 1.5 Gbps (SStatus 113 SControl 300) >ata2.00: Host Protected Area detected: > current size: 312579695 sectors > native size: 312581808 sectors >ata2.00: Host Protected Area detected: > current size: 312579695 sectors > native size: 312581808 sectors >ata2.00: configured for UDMA/100 >ata2: EH complete >sd 2:0:0:0: [sda] 312579695 512-byte hardware sectors (160041 MB) >sd 2:0:0:0: [sda] Write Protect is off >sd 2:0:0:0: [sda] Mode Sense: 00 3a 00 00 >sd 2:0:0:0: [sda] Write cache: enabled, read cache: enabled, doesn't support DPO or FUA
