* Plug a timing race between KDB_ENTER_SLAVE and KDB_ENTER, and allow the cpu command to switch to a slave cpu. * KDB_REASON_SILENT now waits for other cpus, to avoid spurious NMI events that were seen on some Xeon systems. * kdb v4.4-2.6.15-common-3.
