All pending VM related issues are resolved with this this release.

I'm now going to attempt a port to 2.6.5-mc2 but I wanted to release
this first.

Fix an smp race condition with two threads accessing at the same time
a new anonymous region generated by mmap. Spotted by Hugh Dickins.

Avoid forgetting adding new gfpmask to slab-level-mask.
