I have tried with 2.6.5 and now with 2.6.6-rc2-mm1 and works perfectly. This
message is going through that card ;)

Mine is:
00:0b.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+ (rev 10)
