Subject[PATCH] SGI SN2 serial console driver

Here is a driver for the SGI SN2 (Altix, http://www.sgi.com/altix )
serial console. It uses SAL calls to do it's work, so it is not based
on the core UART code. I've included a hunk for the MAINTAINERS file
since I will be looking after it.
