Problem Description:
When disconnecting a USB mouse, I'm seeing this odd error on my console: drivers/usb/input/hid-core.c: can't resubmit intr, 00:07.2-1/input0, status -19
The entire series of messages, from insert to removal, are: hub 1-0:0: debounce: port 1: delay 100ms stable 4 status 0x301 hub 1-0:0: new USB device on port 1, assigned address 2 input: USB HID v1.10 Mouse [Microsoft Microsoft 3-Button Mouse with IntelliEye (TM)] on usb-00:07.2-1 <pull out USB cable here> usb 1-1: USB disconnect, address 2 drivers/usb/input/hid-core.c: can't resubmit intr, 00:07.2-1/input0, status -19

Steps to reproduce: Insert USB mouse, then remove it from USB port.
