I Have HighMem (1GB) so I can't help you here but "Khormy", in another
thread, said he has the problem with only 256MB so I don't think he uses
Highmem.

I don't have quota enabled, and I have lots of oopses with 2.4.21-pre3-ac1/3

The kernel 2.4.21-pre3 works fine on my box, so I think it's really related
to -ac patches.
