so I don't see the problem. Is there one? I'm not surprised at this result when there is not IRQ assigned for USB.
That it worked in test1-ac15 could have been an accident, a mistake. There have been several PCI IRQ routing/assignment patches since test1-ac15, all for the better IMO.
