It looks like you have flaky memory. I think you had a single bit error where an 0x80000000 bit was cleared by accident. The %edx register should have contained c0225b20 (I guess) and instead it contained 40225b20.
I would try replacing your RAM, especially if the error frequency has increased and you've made no other software configuration changes.
