<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>hi, i'm new to this list, but i searched around and
i've been having troubles getting my nic to work in the 2.2.18 kernel. when i
try to ping something, i get no responce,&nbsp;as i sniff eth0 i can see the
inital arp and arp reply for whatever ip on my local subnet. i also see an arp
cache entry, i also see the icmp echo and echo reply.&nbsp; i'm looking for any
ideas. i've tried this with a 3com 3c509b isa card and a intel 100mb eepro pci
nic. </FONT></DIV>
