These suggestions work great... IF you get to use a real OS. My local net.nazis have standardized on NT/Outlook, and Outlook does not allow filtering on Sender. (Or any of a HUGE number of useful other filters.) I have a dozen rules which capture 99% of messages from this list. <whine=off>
