The tcpip stack, which is in the kernel, broke - by the looks of it.

Please post a "well-formed" (kernel ver would be useful <g>) bug report (read linux/REPORTING-BUGS and linux/Documentation/oops-tracing.txt) to the linux-kernel mailing list.
