SubjectDocumentation change.

The pointer to the fastroute 8390 in configure help
has become outdated. This diff contains the new path.

btw, Are there any known problems with this and 2.2.x ?
I couldn't get it to compile last night, so just grabbed
a newer version hoping that'll fix things.

regards,

d.
