Yes. You may want to take a look at:

http://www.hpl.hp.com/personal/David_Mosberger/httperf.html

(Yes, I'm biased as far as httperf is concerned and I assume others
will point you to other tools available... ;-)

Be careful when running such tests to make sure it's not the _client_
that is actually overloaded.
