Subjectkernel oops while accessing a file
[I am not subscribe to this list I am just reporting a kernel oops]

Today while duing a 'du -ks /home' it segfaulted and I got a kernel
oops.

I straced the du and this is the last of its output

chdir(".pagecount") = 0
stat(".", {st_mode=S_IFDIR|0711, st_size=1024, ...}) = 0
open(".", O_RDONLY|O_NONBLOCK) = 4
fcntl(4, F_SETFD, FD_CLOEXEC) = 0
lseek(4, 0, SEEK_CUR) = 0
getdents(4, /* 6 entries */, 3933) = 148
lseek(4, 0, SEEK_CUR) = 1024
getdents(4, /* 0 entries */, 3933) = 0
close(4) = 0
lstat("Index.html.dir", {st_mode=S_IFREG|0644, st_size=1024, ...}) = 0
lstat("Index.html.pag", <unfinished ...>
+++ killed by SIGSEGV +++

When I cd to the directory in question
/home/servis/public-web/.pagecount and issue an ls it segfaults and
gives a kernel oops as well. The system seems to still be functioning
still.

Just thought I would post this here.

Thanks,
