Hello! ftp.kernel.org seems to be "full" every one of the times that I have attempted to download the latest kernel. This has prompted me to check the usual mirrors. tsx-11.mit.edu doesn't have the latest kernel. sunsite.unc.edu doesn't have the latest kernel.
Maybe I should download it from Europe?
