Hi, guys!
Hi, guys!
After 2 crashes yesterday (black screen and nothing), I got an oops. Here is the screen dump:
Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address 00000070. current->tss.cr3=00101000, %cr3=00101000 *pde=00000000 Oops: 0002 CPU: 1 EIP: 0010:[<c8867e4d>] EFLAGS: 00010282 eax: 00000070 ebx: 000000ea ecx: 0000000a edx: 00000000 esi: c7c2a646 edi: 00000014 ebp: c7c2a400 esp: c009df34 ds: 0018 es: 0018 ss: 0018 Processswaper (pid: 0, process nr: 1; stackpage=c009d000) Stack: c4632000 00000000 00000000 c53d9240 c7c2a72b 00000014 ffffea9d c8867b8e c7c2a400 c7c2a400 c4632000 00000001 c009dfa8 c8867a3f c7c2a400 c02277ec c4632000 00000000 c0239384 c0192a8a c02277ec 00000001

I have a Dual Pentium II AGP/PCI / 333 MHz, mo Intel i82440LX + AIC-7880, clean kernel 2.2.1.
Also, I'm disapointed. 2.1.132 is more stable and smoother than 2.2.1. It's my point of view. Currently I use 2.1.132. 2.2.1 is locking up 3 times/day.
I'm sorry to tell you this, but it's better to talk about this and not to hide this problems.
But you do a good work, and I'm sure the problems will gone.
If you need more information (System.map or something else) just tell me.
