SubjectLinux 2.2.2pre4 SMP crash (wait_on_bh)

This also seemed to happen with stock 2.2.1. 5:30 AM, when the machine was
lightly loaded it went down... I saw a number of these repeated on my
screen :

wait_on_bh, CPU0
irq: 0 [0 0]
bh: 1 [0 1]
<[c0109141]> <[c016cacd]> <[c01671df]> <[c0167464]> <[c01748ce]>
<[c0155ecf]> <[c01562a5]> <[c01266af]>

I tried looking to see if these symbols matched anything in my running
kernel and couldn't even match one of them. I have no modules running so
it can't be that I simply missed a symbol :)

Since I couldn't scroll up, I have no way to tell if there was an oops
above these repeated messages.

alt-sysreq-* printed out, but didn't appear to do anything. (ie,
alt-sysreq-u never said "ok" or "done".. but did say, "remounting r/o")

Box:

Dual P2 266
256 megs of RAM
Mylex Buslogic SCSI adapter
Intel EEpro 100
Egcs 1.1 release

This box does act as an NFS server, using userland NFS.
