Subject2.3.25 hangs at boot
Hi!

Is there any known problem with 2.3.25 (I mention 2.3.23
and 2.3.19, too) hangig after "Now booting the kernel...."?

This is an old P100, Intel-FX, UP-Kernel.

2.3.18 works flawlessly, so do 2.2.xx.

Richard.

PS: my BIOS seems to have problems updating the ESCD - so are
there PCI code changes that could be related to this?
