Subject2.3.28 "Bad boy called us without a dev_id" warning in kernel log
Found this in kernel logs...

Nov 18 17:08:14 princess kernel: Bad boy: serial (at 0xc01961cf) called us without a dev_id!

(this is a PII-300 laptop with a Xircom RBEM56-100TX PCMCIA card running
the 17-Nov-99 PCMCIA snapshot, other info in .sig)

The message is getting through to you, so it isn't lethal... should I worry ?
