Hi all, I use a pc with 2.2.13 kernel, glibc 2.0.7 (based on Debian 2.1 distribution). In this machine I have an IBM token ring adapter linked on an intranet and a 3com 3c509b ethernet adapter that I use to connect my notebook at the intranet via masquerading. If I try to download files from the notebook the ethernet card hangs, and the only method to make it run is to do an "ifconfig eth0 down ; ifconfig eth0 up". I tried the same thing with 2.0.36 kernel and the ethernet doesn't hang. Is this a known bug? Has been a kernel-patch released?
Distinti saluti/Best regards,
