(Alan's suggested bug report format:)
1. 2.2.0-pre5 hang on AXP (AlphaPC164LX, 128M)
2. I can get a hang by (for example) running postmark on an SMBFS share while simultaneously doing an ls -lR on a large MSDOS external scsi drive. I've been able to do it now on both pre5 and pre4-ac4, both with lots of memory free and without (happened once with 90M free). Both smbfs and msdos are configured as modules.
3. hang, smbfs, msdos, modules?
4. 2.2.0-pre5
5. N/A
6. postmark is available here: http://www.netapp.com/technology/freeware/postmark/
