SubjectCONFIG_IP_TRANSPARENT_PROXY missing from 2.2.0p4!
Was this option movied somewhere or included with another option? For
the life of me I can't understand where it went... and without it I
can't use the REDIRECT rules to setup my Squid transparent proxy.

Usually I'd set this up via:

ipchains-A input -j REDIRECT 3128 -p tcp -s 0/0 -d 0/0 80

The ifdef's for CONFIG_IP_TRANSPARENT_PROXY are still in net/ipv4/*.c,
but for the life of me I can't seem to find it in make config and my
.config file doesn't even have it defined or undefined.
