[1.] One line summary of the problem: Machine does not power down when executing "shutdown -h".
[2.] Full description of the problem/report: Kernel was compiled with CONFIG_APM and CONFIG_APM_POWER_OFF but machine is not powered down when "shutdown -h" is executed. This worked without any problems with my previous kernel (2.0.36).
