Subjectadsm and linux 2.2.0-pre* problems
kernel revision "2.2.0" and "2.1.131" and "2.2.0aa" work well with adsm
(linux native client, aix adsm server), kernel revisions "2.2.0-pre4",
"2.2.0-pre5", "2.2.0-pre6", "2.2.0-pre7" and "2.2.0aaa" cause the adsm
daemon on aix to die. looks like the string may be as long as "2.1.131" or
"2.2.0p7" (compiling right now), but not longer, not even a single charackter.

problem is discussed also on the adsm mailing list.

andreas
p.s. is there any onther unix os, where you can change the kernel revision
to a longer string, ans test this way ? maybe every client with such a
modification can kill an adsm server ...
