Subjecttty->count != #fd's in do_tty_hangup
Just received this on my xconsole:

.. kernel: Warning: dev (03:02) tty->count(1) != #fd's(2) in do_tty_hangup

This happened when I started an X app I use all the time. My logs
go back to November but don't show any similar messages. This app
spawns a graphics server process, then continues to interact with the user
through terminal i/o (think gnuplot).

This is a PPro 200 running plain 2.0.33 except for a recent 3c59x driver.
It never had any trouble.

What happened here? Anything I should worry about?
