Subject2.1.91pre1 remarks

Noticable, very noticable speed increase on my ppp dialup.

Used to seeing about 1.5k to 2k a second in netscrape.. For some strange
reason <wink> nearly everything moves snappier over the line.

Now it's hovering at 2.3k to 2.7k (approximating of course).
Even if the data isn't moving any faster, it sure _feels_ like it is.

Tis a bit early in the morning, so I might just be seeing things: take
this all with a grain of salt =)

I'm looking forward to seeing if anyone else notices a big improvement.

Probably this new SACK stuff, eh?
