| |
Has anyone used the NFS client in 2.1.89 with TCP? I have a Linux server here which happily accepts NFS/TCP mounts from a Sun client. However, mounting from a Linux client doesn't work. The mount program hangs:
FLAGS UID PID PPID PRI NI SIZE RSS WCHAN STA TTY TIME COMMAND 100 0 439 436 0 0 884 528 0 D 0300 0:00 mount -o tcp files:/mnt/raid/no-backups/tmp /mnt/tmp
... apparently indefinitely (at least, it's being hanging for about 15 mins). There's only one console message printed, which is:
nfs: server files not responding, still trying
Anyone else using this?
Rich.
