SubjectMemory Leaking and NE2000 Driver

My Linux system has a memory leaking problem and we feel that the problem
might be caused by the driver of the NE2000 network interface card
installed in the system. The date of the driver is 1994.9.23 and the
version number is 1.10.

Can I find a more updated driver for NE2000 NIC? if yes, where can I find
it?

Thanks,

Truman
