Subject2.1.90: xmit timer <= 0
Date
Just noticed that my 2.1.90 box has been logging quite a few of these
over the past couple of days.

Mar 21 07:19:25 osiris pppd[240]: Hangup (SIGHUP)
Mar 21 08:06:56 osiris kernel: xmit_timer <= 0 - timer:8 when:0

Mar 21 09:58:56 osiris kernel: xmit_timer <= 0 - timer:8 when:0
Mar 21 09:58:56 osiris last message repeated 9 times
Mar 21 10:22:39 osiris pppd[240]: Starting link
Mar 21 10:22:40 osiris connect: Initializing Modem
This is a uni-processer AMD K6 system, pppd 2.3.3 in demand-
dialing mode. No Ethernet or other permanent networking.
kmod is used to load ppp and slhc modules, but these are
never unloaded because pppd is always active.
