2.1.90 continue to be bad responsive in recursive rlogin/telnet session.

I do:

rlogin ark
rlogin dragon
rlogin ark
rlogin dragon
rlogin ark
rlogin dragon
....x10times

and then when I am in bash and I press the Up key the history is print in
a lot of time. This doesn' t happen if I run 2.0.33 on the same machine.

I only want to point this out to be sure that it' s a _known_ problem
(maybe you just know this well).

My pre-2.1.90-2 patch fix this probelm well (hoping that this could help
you to find the bug).
