SubjectHigh ASCII??
I recently logged into a Telnet BBS, and I was rudely reminded
that Linux will not properly display 8-bit ASCII text.

Isn't there some way I can change things so that my machine
will be able to display the full 8-bit ASCII character set
so that ANSI art will look like it should?
