A polite request: A while back there was a request from owner-linux-kernel to subscribe to the digest if possible to reduce the load on the server.
Extracting mime encoded patches from the digest is next to impossible due to insufficient header info.
It would be really nice if people with the tools could send the patches as non inlined files (as links). This also avoids the - - ugliness :) See for example:
