I've a mainboard with 82434NX chipset. This reports the same VendorID and DeviceID as 82434LX. The one and only secure test to know, that I've NX chipset is teh RevisionID. If RID is eq or bigger than 16, then I've NX chipset. The question is: How can I use my L2 Cache with Linux on my mainboard? Because the PCIprobe detects LX chipset, and said: L2 Cache: not supported. I can't programming in C. If anyone has a patch, or something, please send it.
