Actually, you can't really say that.
There was a bug in one of the Cyrix chips (can't remember which) and on the
release of NT 4.0, disabled the L1 cache in it. If I remember right, it didn't
even bother to check stepping revs or anything.. if this chip was found.. no L1
for you!
