2 reasons for this message:

1. Why are people so down on kerneld all of a sudden? Were all the nay-sayers
just hiding until now? I extremely like it and it seems really stable.

2. Upgraded my experimental machine from GCC 2.6.3 a.out to 2.7.2 ELF, and made
it fully ELF with the newest libc's/etc.

1.3.97 - same compile options, everything:

main machine (2.6.3 a.out):
lucretia kernel: Memory: 15084k/16384k available
(536k kernel code, 384k reserved, 380k data)

experimental (2.7.2 ELF ):
glynis kernel: Memory: 4240k/5376k available
(488k kernel code, 384k reserved, 264k data)

48k less kernel code, 116k less data code w/ 2.7.2!
All I can say is "Wow!"
