I have same problem when booting new linux-1.3.95
fcntl_setlk() called by process 67 with broken flock() emulation
fcntl_setlk() called by process 70 with broken flock() emulation
fcntl_setlk() called by process 66 with broken flock() emulation
fcntl_setlk() called by process 68 with broken flock() emulation
fcntl_setlk() called by process 69 with broken flock() emulation
fcntl_setlk() called by process 71 with broken flock() emulation

where 66 process is /sbin/agetty 38400 tty1
where 67 process is /sbin/agetty 38400 tty2
where 68 process is /sbin/agetty 38400 tty3
where 69 process is /sbin/agetty 38400 tty4
where 70 process is /sbin/agetty 38400 tty5
where 71 process is /sbin/agetty 38400 tty6

or relogin or logout.
