All of it:-) nfsiod is a kernel thread, so it doesn't do any syscalls.
nfsiod going away on being strace'd is because I do not block any
signals, so the SIGSTOP (or whatever) sent to it by strace to attach it
is fatal.

Anyway, the next version will properly block everything except KILL and
TERM.
