Subjecttcp slowdowns revisited
Hi all,

I've been following this discussion of ppp/slip slowdowns for some time
now. The recent changes (1.3.8[789]) have made some improvements, but I
am still seeing one problem. My ppp connection slows down dramatically
when my machine's load goes up. I'm not talking huge loads here, anything
over a load of one (such as duting a compilation) and I start getting
long delays in my ftp/rcp sessions. I've been noticing this since about
1.3.60(ish) and up.

I'm not sure how much configuration info would be useful, so I'm not
sending any. I hope this is somewhat helpful.

Brett
