Actually, it's a terrible idea. This still keeps the dependency of
ordinary C compilations on the particular version of the kernel
under which they are compiled, which is the main objection to the
inclusion if version.h in other compilations. Except in cases
in which the compiled software has an essential need to know
the kernel version (e.g., for modules, for utilities which change
what they do depending on kernel version, etc.), version.h should
not be included at all.
