I've got a problem with 1.3.79 and md: I get lots of
Saw bad status request
and eventually, the harddisks will not respond, processes hang in D state
and I have to press the reset button...
This only happens, if I access the md partition (i.E. /dev/md0).

My configuration: 486/50, 20MB, ISA Bus, Adaptec 1542B SCSI controller, one
internal and two external drives. Two partitions on the external drives are
striped together with md.

swen@linux <~>: cat /proc/mdstat
Personalities : [1 linear] [2 raid0]
read_ahead 120 sectors
md0 : active raid0 sdb1 sdc1 1227744 blocks 16k chunks
md1 : inactive
md2 : inactive
md3 : inactive

swen@linux <~>: cat /proc/scsi/scsi

I've no idea, what causes this behaviour....
